Lab 6 Net Install Router Board

Tujuan

1.Dapat mengetahui cara mereset konfigurasi Routerboard Mikrotik
2. Mengetahui konsep dasar Net Install
3. Dapat mengetahui cara konfigurasi Net Install pada Routerboard Mikrotik

Konsep Dasar

- Net Install

Netinstall adalah program yang berjalan pada komputer Windows yang memungkinkan Anda untuk menginstal MikroTik RouterOS ke PC atau ke RouterBoard melalui jaringan Ethernet. Netinstall juga digunakan untuk menginstal ulang RouterOS dalam kasus di mana instalasi sebelumnya gagal, menjadi rusak atau password akses hilang.

Langkah-langkah

- Reset Konfigurasi

1. Yang pertama, kita buka aplikasi Winbox. Lalu, kita pilih menu system dan klik Reset Configuration

 2. Klik reset configuration tanpa memilih salah satu item yang ada untuk mengembalikan sistem routerboard ke pengaturan pabrik, atau......

3. Beri tanda ceklis pada pilihan "No Default Configuration" untuk mereset semua sistem, termasuk IP Address

 

- Net Install

1. Yang pertama, buka aplikasi netinstall

2. Setelah itu, klik net booting

3. Kemudian, beri tanda ceklis pada boot server enabled dan lalu tambahkan IP nya dan klik OK.

4. Lalu, kita remote routerboard nya dengan cara buka aplikasi winbox, kemudian pilih menu system dan klik Routerboard

5. Setelah itu, klik settings

6. Kemudian, ubah boot device menjadi try-ethernet-once-then-nand, lalu klik Apply dan OK

7. Setelah itu, simpan konfigurasinya dengan mengklik OK

8. Kemudian, kita reboot routernya dengan cara pilih menu system dan klik reboot

9. Lalu, buka kembali netinstall dengan kabel LAN terpasang pada port 1 (PPoE). Seperti ini tampilannya jika Drives Routerboard sudah terhubung.

10. Kemudian, klik Browse dan masukkan file .npk yang akan digunakan untuk menginstall Routerboard dan klik Install

11. Proses penginstallan file .npk sudah mulai berjalan

12. Jika sudah selesai menginstall, kita buka aplikasi winbox. Kita lihat versi dari aplikasi winbox apakah berubah atau tidak dengan cara pilih menu system dan lalu klik resources dan seperti inilah tampilannya, versi aplikasi winbox berubah dari versi 6.15 menjadi versi 6.27.

Lab 5 Upgrade and Downgrade

Tujuan

Konsep Dasar

Basic Concepts

1. Upgrade

Upgrade adalah suatu proses memperbaharui sesuatu, menambahkan fasilitas dan kemampuan yang baru . Hal-hal yang biasanya di upgrade bisa software maupun hardware.

Upgrade is a process of renewing things, adding new facilities and capabilities. Things that usually can upgrade software and hardware.

2. Downgrade

Downgrade adalah kebalikan dari upgrade, fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada dikurangi dengan alasan software yang hasil upgrade tidak bekerja sempurna alias cacat. Downgrade ini umumnya dilakukan pada Firmware suatu hardware, namun downgrade sangat tidak disarankan karena sering menimbulkan kegagalan fungsi.

Downgrade is the opposite of the upgrade, the existing facilities is reduced on the grounds that the results of the upgrade software does not work perfectly alias defects. Downgrade Firmware is generally done on a hardware, but the downgrade is not recommended because often cause a malfunction.

Langkah-langkah

Steps

1. Buka aplikasi winbox. Lalu, pilih menu files 

1. Open the application winbox. Then, select the files

2. Copy file "routeros-mipsbe-6.27.npk" yang sudah kita download di routeros.co.id

2. Copy the file "routeros-mipsbe-6.27.npk" which we downloaded in routeros.co.id

3. Kemudian, klik icon paste (di sebelah kiri Backup)

3. Then, click the paste icon (on the left Backup)

4. Proses penyalinan file routeros.mipsbe-6.27.npk mulai berjalan

5. Setelah proses penyalinan selesai, ini tampilan file routeros.mipsbe-6.27.npk yang sudah disalin.

6. Kemudian. kita reboot. Dengan cara pilih menu system, klik reboot

8. Kemudian, kita coba untuk menurunkan versi file .npk. Sebelumnya, copy dahulu file routeros.mipsbe-6.15.npk

9. Setelah itu, klik icon paste (di sebelah kiri backup)

14. Setelah selesai reboot, kita dapat melihat versinya dengan cara pilih menu system dan klik resources

Lab 4 Enable, Disable, and Uninstall

 

Tujuan

Purpose

1. Dapat mengetahui cara mematikan dan menyalakan IPv6 di Winbox

1. Can know how to turn off and turn on IPv6 in Winbox

Langkah-langkah

Steps

1. Yang pertama, kita buka aplikasi winbox

1. First, we open the application winbox

2. Setelah itu, klik "...." untuk memunculkan MAC Address/IP Address. Jika sudah muncul MAC Address dan IP Address, langsung klik MAC Address dan klik Connect

2. After that, click on "...." to bring out MAC Address / IP Address. If it appears MAC Address and IP Address, just click the MAC address and click Connect

 

3.Jika sudah connect, kita akan langsung masuk ke aplikasi Winbox. Setelah itu, kita coba enable IPv6 dengan cara klik menu system lalu pilih packages

3. If already connect, we will go directly to the application Winbox. After that, we are trying to enable IPv6 by clicking the menu system and select packages

 

4. Setelah itu, arahkan kursor ke IPv6, dan lalu klik enable dan akan muncul tulisan "scheduled for enable" pada bagian "scheduled".

4. After that, point to IPv6, and then click enable and will appear the words "scheduled for enable" on the "Scheduled".

 5. Kemudian, reboot routerboard dengan cara klik menu system dan pilih reboot dan secara otomatis akan reboot dengan sendirinya.

 6. Jika sudah di reboot, pada saat kita browse IP Address dan MAC Address, akan muncul dua IP yaitu IPv4 dan IPv6.

7. Beginilah tampilan jika IPv6 berhasil di enable

8. Setelah IPv6 berhasil di enable, sekarang kita coba disable IPv6 dengan cara klik menu system pilih packages

9. Setelah itu, arahkan kursor ke IPv6 dan kemudian klik disable. Jika telah kita disable IPv6 nya, akan muncul tulisan "scheduled for disable".

10. Jika IPv6 sudah di disable, sekarang kita reboot, dengan cara klik menu system, lalu pilih reboot

11. Setelah kita reboot, kita buka aplikasi winbox. Jika IPv6 tidak ada, maka IPv6 tersebut telah berhasil di disable

12. Setelah kita mencoba enable dan disable, sekarang kita coba untuk uninstall. Untuk memulainya, klik menu system, lalu pilih packages
